RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
Exchange in sizes or colors are subject to availability of products once the shipment for exchange is received by us ( Gulabchand Prints ). Any claims for refund for unavailability will not be entertained.
Once the courier is sent back to us our team creates an credit note which will be sent to customer over whatsapp or email ( both are valid ). When customer intends to utilize the same they can place a new order on website on cash on delivery or manual bank transfer mode and share the order id with us once order is placed. Our team will connect you and utilize the same. ( Accessories like books, clutches, handbags, notebooks, masks, scrunchies and non returnable or exchangeable categories hence can not be exchanged or returned )

IN STORE EXCHANGES
In case, You want to exchange the orders or products bought online or you have any credit note issued from our online department, the exchange will only be processed at our City Pulse Mall branch.
In case, you have received a partial shipment for the order you placed with us. We urge you to please click pictures/videos of shipment to be eligible for claims. Any refund claims for the partial shipment will not be entertained. However we will reship new shipment of the same or the other available article.
CASH ON DELIVERY UNAVAILABILITY FOR SOME CUSTOMERS
As per our policies, If any customer have ordered online via cash on delivery and did not accepted the parcel or cancelled it without updating to team. Our system analyses such orders as non genuine accounts and blocks them for using cash on delivery feature on our website.
BANK TRANSFER MODE ORDERS
We have a direct bank transfer payment mode available on our website in which payment is made to our bank account directly and customer needs to inform us regarding the same. However our team tried to connect after the same but if the contact goes unresponded we cancel the order till next further update.
In such cases, any claims for refund won’t be entertained.
RTO ( Return To Origin ) is a situation when the orders returns back to us without delivery to customer. There would be various reasons to it as customer not available on calls, calls not responded or address not found. In such cases in general the order takes 10-12 working days to reach back to us after which the order will be reshipped to the customer again.
Gulabchand Prints is not responsible for cases when the customer is called and he/she does not responds to calls.
( Please keep a note that the delivery executives are personnel appointed by the 3rd party logistics and we do not have any point of contact to them. Nor we are responsible for any kind of early or late commitments by them )
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are keen to deliver products purchased from Gulabchand Prints in best condition and in the fastest time frame. We do not deliver the orders by ourselves, We use third party courier services for logistics of orders. These courier companies work independently and We do not have any direct control or contact of the courier persons over working or policies of the courier companies. In unforeseen cases wherein courier could be delayed in which we would really appreciate your understanding for the same.
If parcel is received in tampered condition, customer shall refuse to accept parcel from courier person. Hence any further claim after accepting the courier will not be entertained.
If the order is lost or un-delivered to your mentioned shipping location, we will investigate the case and hence further solution will be made which would take from 3-5 working days.
As the shipping services are taken from 3rd party logistics, There are possibilities that sometimes the parcels could be lost in transist and it would take much longer time than it should take. However in those cases we would really appreciate your understanding and would request you to co-ordinate with our team and we will provide a solution for the same.
DELAY IN SUPPORT
As the support is man run and we can not rule out the possibilities of the human error and we apologize for the part in advance for any inconvenience in your shopping experience. We try our best to sort the issues, disputes and all other queries but there could be sometime that some queries are not sorted or might have been missed which may cause extreme delay. DELAY IN DELIVERY DUE TO ANY TECHNICAL ISSUES
We thrive to ensure the timely delivery of your orders or exchange orders but sometimes due to technical gliches or uncontrollable delays from the shipping ends order could get delayed and we try our best to ensure the on time delivery. We would like to update that in such cases any sort of refund claims won’t be entertained till the order case is under resolution.
DELAY IN ORDER FOR PREPAID ORDERS
We thrive to ensure the timely delivery of your orders but sometimes due to technical glitches from payment aggregator end or maybe in internal systems which is less than 0.5 percent of all the orders, sometimes payment is received by our payment aggregators but not catch by the systems due to which orders get missed and delayed and its not possible to run a daily audit for all these so we have a schedule of 15 days slab in which our accounting team updates us regarding any such orders and we co-ordinate and connect with customer in the same regards. If we request if you have not received any update regarding your order. please connect asap. ( Kindly Note : Any refund claims due to this issue will not be entertained in any manner )
SHIPPING CHARGES & COSTS
Shipping charges and costs are auto calculated at the checkout itself based on the weight and are non waive-able. There will be a extra fee of 50 rupees in the cash on delivery order which are applicable for only COD aka Cash On Delivery orders.
NON-DELIVERY ISSUES RESOLUTION
In case customer denies receiving the parcel, while courier company shows parcel to be delivered, customer needs to raise the issue within 48 hours of delivery message. We will further investigate and provide solution. Any sort of claims for non delivery or order after 15-20 days of the delivery won’t be entertained.
We do ship to all countries. For international orders, there is no Cancellation, Return, Exchange available.
Shipping charge for international orders depends on the ordered product(s) and location of the delivery address. It will be reflected on the checkout page once you input your complete delivery address on the checkout page.
Important : Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight and location. Orders for australia may take little longer than the expected date or general delivery time.
Note: For international orders, Custom charges may be levied at the port of entry which needs to be fulfilled by the customer. These charges are calculated by the custom/relevant department of the importing country.
In recent times, We came out with a new concept of posting about bad experience on social media. However we understand your issue and frustation due to non resolution. In most of our cases we tend to sort the same at earliest but as we know sometimes it could be a delay or can say extreme delay in some disputes, In those cases we urge you to connect our support for the same or mail us the query.
We do not have cancellation policy for the prepaid orders. For COD Orders, We request you too intimate us regarding the order cancellation within 24 hours of the order confirmation.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and ‘within 15 (fifteen) days of delivery of the order’, given conditions needs to be satisfied:
- Product(s) should be unused & unwashed
- Tags should be intact
- Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price
- Product(s) is/are not custom altered
- Product(s) is/are not part of Excluded Category
As we do not have refund policy, We will issue a credit not or equivalent amount to your GC wallet OR issue a credit note, which then could be utilized for the next shopping only.
Any COD Fee or Shipping Charges paid for the order are non-refundable.
If a customer raises the exchange due to size or any other acceptable reason and the new selected product is sold out or not available by any means. We request to get something else from any of our products. Any claims for the refund due to needed size not available will not be entertained.
We will provide reverse pickup facility to the customer only if the order sent to customer are defective, wrong product.
For exchange, the shipping cost of sending the product back to customer will be managed by customers.
Incase, Customer wishes to get the order picked up from our end, We will do the same and a fee of 100 Rs. will be applicable in the same.
Please note that any reverse parcel take anywhere from 3-20 days after pickup to reach us (a maximum of 20 working days after pickup) and product(s) pass(es) the quality check.
Please note that for all orders, in case of returned orders the credit note will be made for the cost of the product(s) only and will not include shipping costs.
For product(s) in Accessories like Masks, Books, Bags, Sling Bags, Towels, Eye Masks, Scrunchies, Utility Bags, Wooden Blocks category, there is no ‘Return-Exchange’ available.
NON-ACCEPTANCE OF COD ORDERS
In case, customer does not accept the COD order after shipment or rejects delivery after placing the order, such customers will not be able to place COD order on our website in future. In some genuine cases, we might not place the customer in NO COD list.
For wholesale, We will require a business name and GST number however we can do wholesale without GST number as well ( In that case, You won’t be getting the GST input ). The following outlines our wholesale policy and terms.
We do not have any sort of whatsapp group or broadcast group for daily updates.
