We offer an easy exchange policy on all products.

If you wish to initiate an exchange, simply contact us within 10 days of delivery and our team will start the process for you.

We do not offer refunds, but the value of your order will be added as store credits, which can be used both online and in-store for any product.

All items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Cancellation

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, cancellation is generally not allowed due to limited stock.

For urgent cancellation requests, contact us - if approved, we will issue an equivalent credit note.
