Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a simple exchange facility on eligible products.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are required to courier the product back to us and share the shipment tracking details. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a credit note will be issued and the exchange process will be initiated. Courier charges to send shipment back will be borne by customer, No refund of the same will be made.

We do not offer cash or payment-method refunds. The eligible order value will be issued as store credit, which can be used for purchases both online and at our physical store.

All returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, cancellation is generally not permitted due to limited stock availability.

For urgent cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible. If the cancellation is approved, an equivalent credit note will be issued. Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once the order has been dispatched.
